Fabrice Moser is a seasoned entrepreneur, startup coach, and business strategist with a strong track record in supporting early-stage ventures, SMEs, and companies undergoing restructuring. As a long-time advisor for be-advanced.ch, he regularly serves as a juror for the Challenge program and has helped numerous founders build resilient business models and achieve sustainable growth.

He is the founder or co-founder of several ventures, including Yellowcamper AG, Honestmonday AG, Innofab GmbH (Switzerland), and Innofab CodeLab (PVT) LTD (Sri Lanka). Through Innofab Trading, he leads a specialized arm of the organization that sources, tests, negotiates, and imports high-quality components from around the world for B2B clients.

Fabrice is frequently involved in business turnarounds, helping companies identify potential, optimize costs, and implement sustainable improvements. Thanks to his international setup, he can often realize these improvements directly and efficiently through his in-house development team in Sri Lanka—offering a seamless link between strategy and execution.

In addition, Fabrice acts as a selective business angel, supporting impactful ventures aligned with his values. His work connects Swiss precision with South Asian agility, delivering smart solutions in software development, business coaching, and product sourcing.

He holds a degree in Business Information Technology and a postgraduate diploma in Quality and Environmental Management. Fabrice lives with his wife and three children in Ersigen, in the canton of Bern, Switzerland.
