Sourcing Academy

We train the next generation of sourcing professionals in a structured, multi-level program. Based on Swiss standards, learners gain experience in identifying products, auditing suppliers for ethical and environmental compliance, and negotiating with manufacturers. Paid apprenticeships ensure real-world exposure and direct contribution to Innofab Trading’s sourcing activities.

Innovation & Startup Mentoring
